Admission & Fees: Admission is granted based on merit and availability of seats. All fees must be paid as per the schedule provided. Late payment may incur penalties or lead to suspension of services.
Attendance & Discipline: Students must maintain regular attendance and arrive punctually. A minimum attendance of 75% is mandatory. Disciplinary action may be taken for misconduct, defiance, or violation of school rules.
Uniform & Conduct: Students are expected to wear the prescribed uniform and maintain cleanliness. Politeness, respect for teachers, peers, and property are core expectations at Sanjoe.
Use of Electronic Devices: Mobile phones or other electronic gadgets are strictly prohibited unless allowed for academic purposes with prior permission.
Examinations & Promotions: Students must attend all exams unless excused with valid reasons. Promotions are based on continuous assessment and overall performance.
Parental Involvement: Parents/guardians are expected to support the school’s mission and participate in meetings, events, and discussions when required.
Liability: The school is not liable for any personal items lost or damaged on campus. While every care is taken, accidents or injuries are handled according to school policy.
