Thank you for your interest in joining our institution. We are committed to providing a transparent and straightforward admission process to help you embark on your educational journey with us. This page outlines the step-by-step process, requirements, and important dates to guide you through your application.

🏫 Admission Process – Sanjoe Public School

At Sanjoe Public School, we believe every child deserves a nurturing, inspiring, and structured learning environment. Our admission process is designed to be transparent, simple, and supportive for both parents and students.


📋 Step-by-Step Admission Process:

 

  • Enquiry & Visit: Parents are encouraged to visit the school campus to understand our environment, facilities, and academic offerings. Our admission counsellors will guide you and answer all queries.
  • Registration: Interested parents must fill out the Admission Enquiry Form available at the school office or online via our website. Upon submission, a confirmation will be shared with you.
  • Interaction / Entrance Test:
    • Pre-Primary (Nursery to KG): Informal interaction with the child and parents.
    • Grades I & above: A simple entrance test followed by an interaction round.
  • Document Submission: Submit the following documents at the time of admission:
    • Copy of Birth Certificate
    • Latest Passport-size Photographs (2)
    • Previous School Report Card (for Grade 1 onwards)
    • Transfer Certificate (TC)
    • Aadhar card copy (if available)
  • Confirmation & Fee Payment: Once selected, parents will receive an Admission Confirmation Letter. The admission is secured only after the payment of the first-term fee.
  • Important Admission Information:

    • Transfer Students: Students coming from other schools must produce their transfer certificate and progress report along with the application.
    • Promotion: Promotion to higher classes is based on the student’s performance in all examinations during the academic year.
    • Detention: A student who is detained twice in the same standard may not be allowed to continue in the school.

    Withdrawal:

    • Continuous absence for 15 days without leave will be considered equivalent to withdrawal, and the student’s name will be removed from the roll.
    • Withdrawal notice must be given in writing by the parent.
    • Transfer Certificates are issued only after the parent/guardian applies in writing and all dues have been cleared.

🕐 Admission Timelines:

Admissions are open from April to January each year. Mid-year admissions depend on seat availability.
